The Art of Innovation

What is innovation???

Innovation is a buzzword in every field. Innovation comes from a individuals or a groups thought process. We need innovative ideas to design a thing from time to time. Some people have shrinking ideas they doesn't want to expand their thought process and final result they remain the same all through out their life where as few people think out of box, they create big ideas within day to day life, they emerge as millionaires and billionaires .
Why all individuals are not alike? why many people doesn't have creative ideas? why why why.....?
The questions are endless and hopefully there are solutions too.
We need to flex our brain muscles, rather than thinking that its not possible. We need to be determined to achieve a task, face the failures,come up with innovative products. I came across a book "Art of innovation" its wonderful book covering these aspects, how a ideo design firm came up with innovative ideas to make life better.I will come up with more innovative ideas that are products now.
I got some comments that i talked about money here,how to become rich with innovative ideas.My point here was about innovation making money, it is also not true that a person having innovative ideas will be rich, again it all depends how he is implementing that idea to help the society. I completely agree with the contradiction.
